ORDERS
Orders will be accepted by fax or mail. All phone orders must be confirmed by mail or fax. All orders must contain a purchase order number or the name of the person who is placing the order.

SPECIAL CHARGES
All Shipments are subject to a handling charge.

CONDITION OF SALES
All products are for use in the manufacturing of non-injectable products only. Not for use in products subject to license under Section 351 of the Public Health Act. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Golden West Biologicals and its suppliers harmless for any use of this product other than that specifically stated.

PRICE
All prices quoted are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for 30 days.

PAYMENT
Payment is due upon receipt of goods, unless prior arrangements have been made. A 2% monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days will be added to invoices from date of shipment. In the event of any default, buyer agrees to pay all collection cost incurred by the seller, including court cost, interest and attorney fees.

FREIGHT
FOB origin Shipments are insured at purchasers expense.

DOCUMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to notify Golden West Biologicals, Inc. of any necessary documents or permits needed for customers clearance or other purposes.

RETURNS
No returns can be accepted without prior approval by Golden West Biologicals, Inc. Only unopened merchandise may be returned. Golden West Biologicals, Inc. must be notified within 10 days of receipt. All shipping costs and a 15% handling fee will be paid by the customer. In certain cases, such as return of dated material or shipments involving special handling, a reassay fee may be required. NO RETURN OF CUSTOM PRODUCTS WILL BE AUTHORIZED IF PRODUCT MEETS SPECIFICATIONS AGREED UPON PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. Written notification of any discrepancies with the shipment must be made within 10 days of shipment date.

DISCOUNTS
Discounts are available on ALL products for large quantities, bulk orders and standing orders. Please call for specific information.
